Royal Decor & Drapes was founded with a singular vision: to bring the grandeur and soul of royal Indian palaces into contemporary homes.
From the sun-kissed fields of Punjab, we have spent over a decade perfecting the delicate balance between opulent tradition and refined modernity. Every piece that leaves our workshop carries the soul of master artisans who have spent generations perfecting their craft.
Our furniture is not mass-produced. It is thoughtfully designed, meticulously handcrafted, and made to be passed down through generations — true heirlooms for the modern royal.
We reject trends in favor of designs that will feel as relevant in 50 years as they do today. Quality over quantity, always.
True luxury is not about ostentation. It is about exceptional materials, thoughtful proportions, and the quiet confidence of perfect execution.
Your home tells your story. We create furniture that becomes part of your family’s narrative — pieces your children will one day cherish.
In Bathinda, Punjab, Royal Decor & Drapes opened as a workshop with a clear brief: furniture that could hold its own in a contemporary home without surrendering the discipline of Indian craft. The first collection was small, considered, and built to last.
Year by year the atelier grew — not by thinning the work, but by sharpening it. Clients arrived with rooms that would not yield to catalogue furniture. We answered as designers do: proportion, joinery, finish, and a refusal to trade quality for speed. Problems of space, light, and living were solved at the bench.
Satisfaction did the work that advertising could not. By 2018, pieces were leaving India for residences overseas — commissioned by clients who had lived with the work and wanted it again, farther from home. Export began as a consequence of trust, not a campaign.
A decade in, the house stepped fully into the digital age: the collection, the conversation, and the commission, available with the same care once reserved for the showroom floor. Craft remained analogue. Access did not.
The workshop is larger. The map is wider. The standard is unchanged. We continue to design, make, and refine — for the next room, the next city, the next generation that will sit in what we build now.
We would be honored to design and craft a piece that becomes part of your legacy.
